Steven G. Hall of Sutton, Vermont passed away on April 12th. He was born on December 3, 1950 to George and Marjorie (Harvey) Hall. After graduating from the St. Johnsbury Trade School, Steve served his country honorably for four years in the Air Force and four years in the Army.
Upon leaving the service, he was a construction worker for multiple companies until he found his way to the Fairbanks Museum in 2007. During his fifteen years at the Museum, he was diligent in keeping the museum’s facilities in top form. His attention to detail was experienced by every visitor, even if they never saw him hard at work. He always looked forward to his trips to Mexico with his long term companion, Diane Starr. Everyone around Steve knew him as a kind, gentle person who would do anything for you.
He was pre-deceased by his parents and a brother Richard, and has no known surviving family.
Following Steve’s wishes, there will be no service.
Donations in Steve’s memory should be directed to the Fairbanks Museum, 1302 Main Street, St. Johnsbury, VT 05819.
