Ricky Densmore

Ricky Allen Densmore, age 60, of Morgan, VT, passed away at his mother’s home in Lyndonville, on Sunday, April 15, 2018, follow a long period of declining health.

Ricky was born in St. Johnsbury, VT, on July 19, 1957, son to Carlene Ann (Lynaugh) and the late Floyd Allen Densmore.  He grew up in Lyndonville attending schools at Lyndon Corner and graduating from Lyndon Institute in the Class of 1975.  He worked as a care provider for Washington County Mental Health for 30 years, enjoyed four-wheeling, snow machines, riding motorcycles, bartering and buying and trips to Florida.

He is survived by 2 daughters: Vicky Densmore and Anthony of Derby, VT and Jericho Densmore of Morgan; his son: Cooper Densmore of Island Pond; his mother: Carlene Briggs and husband, Robert of Lyndonville; his step-mother: Patricia Densmore of Burke; 4 sisters: Brenda Densmore Gale of Milton, Lori McFarland and husband, Hugh, of Lyndonville, Judy Isham and Ron, of Lyndonville, and Gertrude Lowry and husband, Reginald, of Georgia, VT; 5 grandchildren: Brandon and Trevor Covey, Brianna Racine, Bryce Barber, Aaliyah Ramsey; special friends: John Collins, Doug & Terry, Paul & Brandon and Nandra; many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father: Floyd; a daughter, Carlene Densmore and a brother, Percy Densmore,  a nephew Jacob Isham.

Calling hours will be held this Friday, April 20, 2018, from 2pm to 4pm at the Guibord Funeral Home on the corner of Main and Center Streets.

A Graveside service will be held at the Lyndon Center Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
