Pauline Langlois, 88, of Waterford passed away Monday, July 4, 2016 at home peacefully with family at her side.
She was born in St. Johnsbury on June 30, 1928, the daughter of Maglorie and Demerise Dubois. After graduating from Mt. St. Joseph Academy, she married Edward Langlois Oct. 26, 1948.
Pauline was proud to have been an auxiliary volunteer at NVRH for over 35 years. Pauline and Ed enjoyed their coffee at Dunkin Donuts most mornings and often lunch at Tim’s Deli. She was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Church.
Daughter Dianne Langlois predeceased her July 6 nine years ago.
She is also survived by three of her four daughters: Anne Loetterle and husband Richard of Port Orange, FL, Dianne was the next daughter; Susan Ely and husband Gaylon of East St. Johnsbury, Theresa Huntoon and husband Burleigh of St. Johnsbury; seven grandchildren: Anne’s children Monique Haller, Valerie Ceasre, and Rich Loetterle Jr.; Susan’s sons Derek and Joshua Rutledge; Theresa’s two sons Tyler and Tanner Huntoon; and eight great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Johnsbury this Friday, July 8 at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church with Fr. Bernard Gaudreau, celebrant. Burial will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. There will be no visiting hours.
