Kerri Ann McLellan Hubbard, age 47, of Crosier Lane, died at her home Thursday evening, September 20, 2018.
Kerri was born on April 12, 1971, daughter to Sandra J. (McLellan) and the late Robert J. Pratt. She was raised and educated in McIndoe Falls and Connecticut and went to Blue Mountain Union. She later went on to college at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and also to Lyndon State, ultimately earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. On May 6, 1989 she married Robert D. Hubbard, Jr. and they have made their home in Lyndonville since 1999 after moving from North Carolina for a time. Kerri loved to cook and bake, and everyone reaped the fruits of her labor. She loved dogs, photography, San Francisco and absolutely the fall. Her favorite teams were the Red Sox and the NY Giants but she more so loved local sports events, especially when her kids or nephews were playing.
Kerri will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved husband of almost 30 years, Rob Hubbard, of Lyndonville, her children: Rebecca Hubbard, also of Lyndonville, Robert D. Hubbard III of St. Johnsbury, her mother: Sandra J. McCall of Mars Hill, NC, her 2 sisters: Kelly Deth (Andy) of East Haven, VT and their children: Tony, Casey and Riley Deth, and sister: Nancy Kramer of Dallas, TX. Kerri will also be missed by her brother-in-law: Todd Hubbard (Sue) of Lyndonville, VT, sister-in-law: Jeanine Peal (Dan) of East Haven, VT; her step-mother: Stephanie Pratt of Avon, CT, Father-in-law: Robert D. Hubbard, Sr. (Nancy) of Lyndonville, mother-in-law: Patricia Hubbard of Sheffield. Kerri also leaves many adoring aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family will gather at the Guibord Funeral home from 3-6PM on Wednesday September 26th to honor and celebrate Kerri’s Life. Friends are all welcome to come and share a story and show support at this difficult time.
Burial will be private at the Lyndon Center Cemetery. There will be no other formal services.
