Kathy Lou Clark, 63, of North Prospect Street in Lyndonville, VT passed away unexpectedly on March 11, 2017.
Kathy was born in Glendale, CA on March 26, 1953, daughter to Elbert and Abba (Gage) Benson. She was raised and educated in Palm Springs and Palm Desert, CA graduating from Indio High School. She worked as a legal secretary in California before moving to Vermont. She worked in St. Johnsbury as a secretary for NCMC in the 1990s. In 1994, Kathy married Larry Clark.
Kathy enjoyed reading, needlepoint, and loved crossword puzzles. She also enjoyed riding with Larry on his motorcycle.
She is survived by her husband: Larry Clark of Lyndonville, VT; her son: Eric Martin of Philadelphia, PA; two daughters: Shelly Hart of Whiting, ME, and Melissa Utley and husband, Kenrick, Jr., of West Burke, VT; a step-son: Justin Spaulding of St. Johnsbury, VT; three step-daughters: Cheyanna Clark of Hartford, CT, Casey Lynn Clark of Hartford, CT, and Brittany Clark of St. Johnsbury, VT; a brother: Jeffrey Benson of OR; and 12 grandchildren.
A service officiated by Fr. Curtis Miller will be held at 3pm on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Sayles Funeral Home, 525 Summer St., St. Johnsbury, VT.
Friends may call on the family Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 1 – 3pm at Sayles Funeral Home.
