Karen Ethel Fleming, age 57 of Lyndonville, VT passed away Tuesday evening August 15^th, 2023.

Karen graduated from Lyndon Institute in 1984. She had a love for life, and a great pride in homemaking. Her exceptional skills for sewing brought her great joy. She lived in Hawaii for a short period before moving home, and then moved to Maine where she had her son. She had a love for sports after spending numerous years chasing and supporting her son’s passion for playing. She eventually moved to Virginia for a period, before coming home to Vermont. She had a love and compassion for animals, and a truly big heart. She was very outgoing and made numerous friends along the way. Karen always lived life by her own rules and did it her way.

Survivors include her son Justin Clouatre, Mother Jennifer Fleming, brother & sister-in-law Matthew & Carrie Fleming, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Karen was predeceased by her beloved father Robert Fleming.

Visiting hours will be at Sayles funeral home (525 Summer Street St. Johnsbury, VT 05819) Saturday August 26^th between 4-6pm.
