David Bensman

David Norman Bensman, 64, of Landaff, NH passed away March 1, 2025. David was born July 14, 1960 in Madison, WI. David attended Lindbergh High School in Hopkins, MN. David was predeceased by his father Dr. Alan Bensman. He is survived by his mother Carol Bensman, wife Jacqueline Bensman, children Jennifer (Ben), Daniel, James (Becca), Mushi, and Lily, grandchildren Rylan and Vivian, siblings Rick Bensman (Amanda), Sara Bensman, and many nieces and nephews. David dedicated his career to restoring buildings to their original condition. His passion for preserving the past was reflected in the care and detail he brought to his work, which garnered him multiple awards. David found joy in the outdoors, especially in four-wheeling, exploring the Boundary Waters, and photography. David dedicated his time by volunteering for his local fire department. His family will hold a private memorial in early summer in the Boundary Waters. Donations can be directed to NAMI.org and bwca.com.
