Beulah Hutchinson of the Walden Hill Rd. in Danville died Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the age of 89.
She was born in St. Johnsbury, Vermont on Feb. 20, 1927, the daughter of Morris and Elsie (Peck) Bigelow. Her husband Theodore passed away back in 1984. She was also predeceased by sisters Dot Coggins, June Withers, and Marge Fields, and a brother Bob Bigelow.
In her younger years she had worked for Fairbanks Scales and the Caledonia National Bank. She was also a teacher's aide for many years at Danville School in the 1980s. She was close friends with Fr. Jon Bruder.
She loved spending time with her family, her little dog Steven and her friend Pat Peck. She enjoyed going for rides on the back roads, going out to eat and working in her flowerbeds when she was able.
She is survived by three children: son Ted Hutchinson, daughter Tammy Boardman and husband Norman, Jr., son Tim Hutchinson of Danville; three grandchildren Matt Hutchinson, Randee Thompson and husband Bob and Brandon Boardman; a great-granddaughter Aria Thompson; brother-in-law Bill Hutchinson, sister-in-law Evelyn Bigelow; close friends Pat Peck and Dawn Pastula; nieces and nephews.
The family will observe their services privately.
