Bernice M. Allard

Bernice Mae Allard, 84, of Simpson Brook Road in Waterford, VT went to be with reunited with her husband in Heaven on May 28, 2023.

Bernice was born in Concord, VT on October 30, 1938, to Solon A. and Bertha M. (Lynaugh) Partridge.  On March 14, 1964, Bernice married Wendell A. Allard and shared 58 wonderful years with him until his death in July 2022.

 Bernice was a homemaker for her husband and children.  She will be remembered for family get-togethers where her family enjoyed her homemade fudge, cookies, chocolates and many other scrumptious treats.  Bernice was always there for her children, whether it was attending school events or if it was just being a phone call away.  Bernice was very creative which was evident in her crafts and quilts that she made. She was also a wonderful wife to her husband who she loved immensely.  Bernice was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be deeply missed!

`Survivors include her children: Sherry Sargent of Lowell, VT, Gary Allard and wife Debbie of Waterford, VT,  Wendellyn Meisel and husband, Greg, of St. Johnsbury, VT, and Tracy Meisel and husband, Stephen, of St. Johnsbury, VT; sisters: Beverly Masure of Fairlee, VT, Lois Switser of Lyndonville, VT, and Emily Roy of Fairlee; 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held on  Sunday, June 18th, 2023, 11AM at Danville Green Cemetery on Brainerd Street in Danville, VT for close friends and immediate family.
